In 2026, AI isn't a future concept for small businesses in Southwest Florida—it's already in the middle of your workday.

Your team is using AI without asking:

  • Typing client details into free chatbots to “rewrite” emails

This is where you need hard rules. For many organizations, the right move is to either:

  • Use no AI directly with this data, or
  • Use tightly controlled, compliant AI workflows that never send data to public services

Step 3: Use Microsoft 365 to Put Guardrails Around AI
